عصامي التكوين، تعلم فن التمثيل على يد الفنانين الذين كانوا يمارسون المسرح في مدينة الكاف أين ولد ونشأ. هو كذلك شاعر عرف كيف يحمّل شعره بأنفاس ريح الشمال ويوصله للعاصمة أين ذهب ليمارس المسرح مع أهم المخرجين . وهو كذلك أحد الأعضاء المؤسسين لفرقة أولاد بومخلوف الشهيرة في الكاف. وهو بذلك يكون فنانا متكاملا له في رصيده عدد من المسرحيات والأفلام والأعمال الدرامية وهو الآن يعد  من أبرز الممثلين التونسيين في المسرح والتلفزيون والسينما

Autodidacte, il a appris l’art de l’acteur en côtoyant les artistes de théâtre dans sa ville natale le Kef où il a grandi. Il est aussi poète, il a su porter le vent du Nord-Ouest dans ses paroles et le souffler dans la capitale où il est allé faire le théâtre avec les metteurs en scènes les plus connus.   Il est aussi un des membres fondateurs de la troupe Kéfoise mythique Awled Boumakhlouf, ce qui fait de Bahri Rahali un artiste complet qui a dans son actif plusieurs œuvres. Actuellement il est considéré comme l’une des figures les plus connus dans la scène artistique et culturelles tunisiennes.

He is a self-made artist. He learned the art of acting by rubbing shoulders with theatrical artists in his hometown of Kef where he grew up. He is also a poet who knew how to carry the winds of the North-West in his words and took them to the capital, where he moved to practice the art of theater with the most known directors.  He is also one of the founding members of the legendary Kef group Awled Boumakhlouf, which makes Bahri Rahali an all-around artist who was involved in several works. He is currently considered one of the most famous figures in the Tunisian artistic and cultural scene.
